ST. GEORGE, BERMUDA

The historic town of St. George is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  Founded in 1612, it is a great example of the earliest English urban settlement in the New World.  It is quaint, charming, and colorful, just the place to spend a day walking around with a camera.

Southampton was our home base on this trip.  Our hotel was near what is regarded as the top beach, the highest point on the island, and relatively close to Hamilton, the capital city.
